Order Shipment
Typically, orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, provided the inventory is available and your payment information is verified. You will receive tracking information via email within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. Delivery Times
Delivery times can be estimated using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email. The total delivery time includes both processing and shipping time. Processing time begins when your order is placed and ends when the product leaves the warehouse. For instance, if an item states "Processing time is 3-5 days," it typically leaves the factory within that period. Shipping time, which usually takes 5-8 business days, is the duration from when your order departs the warehouse to when it arrives at your location. Did your shipment arrive damaged or defective?
If your shipment arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately via email or phone, including photos of the items and packaging to expedite the resolution process. Upon delivery, if any packages appear damaged, open them immediately and inspect the contents. If the contents are damaged, note this on the delivery ticket, refuse the damaged items, and contact us as soon as possible for further instructions.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Request Confirmation
Once you request a return, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your request. This indicates that we have received your return request and are processing it. We will review your request and send further instructions, including a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if your return is approved.

Return Shipment
Upon approval of your return, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in the order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Sales Tax
Sales tax is applied to orders shipped and sold to Michigan customers. All orders to other states are tax-free! The exact amount will be calculated at checkout.

AllStar Mounds Warranty

At Global Sporting Supply, we guarantee our products against defects in materials and workmanship. If an issue arises during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product.

For AllStar products, a 3-year limited warranty on the fiberglass shell (excluding turf) covers defects under normal use. Please note that using metal cleats on the turf voids the warranty.
