Shipping Policy

Total Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real-world data from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays, and regular service resumes immediately after each holiday. In the case of incorrect address details and other unforeseen issues, delays may occur. This is outside our control.

Processing

The processing time begins from the date you place your order and usually takes 3-5 business days. Note that the order cutoff time is 3 PM EST.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been processed within 3-5 business days, you will receive a email containing a tracking number with a link to track your order.

Inspecting Your Shipment

Upon delivery, inspect your shipment thoroughly. If a full inspection isn't possible at the time of delivery, note 'Pending Inspection' on the Proof of Delivery (POD) and record any exterior crate damages. Report any damages within 48 hours of receipt.

Freight Receiving Procedures

For freight shipments, please:

  1. Verify the correct items were delivered.
  2. Inspect each item for damage or discrepancies.
  3. Note any concerns on the delivery receipt.
  4. Take photos of any damage and contact customer service immediately.
  5. Refuse the delivery if the item is extensively damaged.

Incorrect Address and Address Changes

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Cancellations and Backorders

Cancellations are accepted anytime before the order is dispatched, contact us ASAP and if it has not dispatched we will cancel and send you a full refund. Should an item become unavailable after placing your order, we will inform you by email and phone, and you will have two business days to respond before we cancel and refund the backordered item.

Parcel Damaged in Transit

If a parcel is damaged in transit, reject it and contact our customer service. If delivered without your presence, contact us for the next steps.
