Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email indicating that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card. Delivery Times

Did your shipment arrive damaged or defective?
If your shipment arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately via email or phone, including photos of the items and packaging to expedite the resolution process. Return & Refund Policy

Return Request Confirmation
Once you request a return, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your request. This indicates that we have received your return request and are processing it. We will review your request and send further instructions, including a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if your return is approved.

Return Shipment
Upon approval of your return, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in the order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
